Welcome to the Cannabis Cautilance Podcast. I'm your host, Tad Hussey of Kiss Organics. This is the podcast

where we discuss the cutting edge of organic growing from a science-based perspective and

drawn top experts from around the industry to share their wisdom and knowledge. Now this episode is a bit

different than previous ones for a few reasons. I was fortunate to be able to attend a conference

focused on the latest

advancements in photobiology and equipment for commercial cultivation. We are talking about some of

the largest commercial cultivators of cannabis in all North America, as well as some of the

big ornamental and vegetable producers. I was honored to be there, made some great contacts, and

learned a ton. He even met a few people who were familiar with the podcast, which was awesome.

Jaya Palmer was also able to attend, and in this episode we discussed some of what we learned

as well as how these topics relate to the future of commercial cannabis production.

If you listen to the most recent podcast, then you're already familiar with Jayah. He is a biological

horticulture consultant with a long history in both cannabis and vegetable production and a proponent

of regenerative agriculture. He's also a good friend and colleague. The following is just our

unedited conversation, discussing our notes and takeaways from what we learned this past weekend.

Sometimes I get caught in a rabbit hole here in Washington State and on our farm,

and I'm not able to stay up to date with all the exciting new advancements and products

and changes in the cannabis industry.

This was a great chance to get perspective on where the industry appears to be headed

and how that will affect growers in the coming years.
