I just got done feasting. I had four, I just ate four pounds of steak, and I had a couple pounds of yogurt to follow it. You know, we had Snake Diet Man on the other day, so I've been trying these feast and then 48-hour fast just for fun. So I did, I did my first one on, what did it say, Monday.

What was that? feast and then 48 hour fast just for fun so i did i did my first one on uh what it's today monday so uh was it friday when was i you know saturday i guess i ate saturday morning and i did the same thing i had four pounds of steak and about four pounds of yogurt and i was like stuffed i mean i couldn't even miserable for about four hours and then it kind of got better than I didn't eat you know 48 hours and I came
