I'm glad you're here for another episode and I'm excited we have a poem from Angel Barber

and I'm going to read an excerpt from Angel's poem.

The spaces in between moments, glimpses, sound waves, crackling fires, windy breezes and

echoing of sounds in the earth that want you to know that you are welcomed here wherever

and whenever you choose to be.

Here now and always know that you are enough and deserving of so much more than you can

or may be able to fathom verbalize or show.

May you be safe enough.

May you be free enough.

May you feel deserving enough to visit this scene again and forevermore and explore the
