The rule of law is not just some lawyer's turn of phrase. It is the very foundation of our democracy.

The essence of the rule of law is that like cases are treated alike.

That there not be one rule for Democrats and another for Republicans, one rule for the powerful, another for the powerless, one rule for the rich, and another for the poor, or different rules depending upon one's race or ethnicity.

To serve as attorney general at this critical time is a calling I am honored and eager to answer.

Yep, and we have a letter from Hunter Biden's lawyer Abby Lowell, and if that name sounds familiar, I think it's because it's also Jared Kushner's lawyer, but that letter is to the Houseways and Means Committee along with another letter from David Weiss.

That's the US Attorney Trump appointed to investigate Hunter Biden, and that that letter is from David Weiss to Jim Jordan. It's a second letter.

And then we have one from Abby Lowell Hunter Biden's attorney, a very long letter to the Smith, who is the GOP chairman of the Houseways and Means Committee,

who kind of cherry picked and released information from quote unquote whistleblowers and tax documents after a five year thorough investigation into all of that.

So first of all, Weiss, David Weiss, he investigated Hunter Biden for like five years, almost five years. He was appointed by Trump.
