Welcome everybody to Crystal Kyland Friends. Today, we're going to be talking to Bradley Moss,

who we've had on recently, but the reason we have him on is because I want to know the

answer to the question, everybody's thinking of right now, is Donald Trump going to prison?

Yeah, that seems like pretty important to get to the bottom of right now. And this is

for those of you who don't remember, he's a lawyer, and his area of expertise is literally

these kind of classified documents cases. So there is no one better to dig into the details

of what was in this indictment, how serious it is, how he would advise Trump if he was

Trump's lawyer, and how this is all going to unfold, what the timeline looks like. There's

like a million things we can get into with him.

And I'm going to debate him whatever position he takes. I can argue the opposite effectively,

because I'm split 50-50 on this completely. On whether Trump's going to go to prison.

Yeah. So I can argue whatever the opposite side is. I'm looking forward to that. But before

we get into that, we have plenty of stuff to dive into and talk about. Indeed.

So first things, first crystal, you saw a Cornell West announced he's running for president,

third party ticket. Yep. He originally announced he's running with the people's party.

Now there was a giant backlash about that from like left-wing allies. Right. And the argument

from many left-wingers was like, look, this is not a serious organization. They've existed since

about 2017, which means they've been around, I don't know, you do the math. How many years of that?

Six years. Six years. And they've never won a single seat at the local level, at the state level,

in the House representatives, in the Senate. They just have no track record of success.

There's a bunch of sketchiness around the organization. The guy who's at the top is a guy by

the name of Nick Brana. And there was accusations of sexual harassment. And there was also allegations
