Yeah, absolutely been looking at houses.

This was shocking to me of how competitive it is right now.

We both, we went out and showed them tons and tons of homes, found some ones they liked and then it turned into just a punching match between buyers out there right now. So if you've been sort of on the sidelines and thinking

ah this COVID thing shut everything down not a lot going on you could not be

more wrong it is active it is competitive and if you're in under a million dollar range in the Seattle area

and probably a little bit lower if you go down to Pierce County a little bit lower if you're

in the surrounding areas it is super competitive on the east side that's 1.3 and below
