My name is Merrick Stiles. I am the head of audio products here at Abbey Road Studios and

what that means is I work with third-party companies like Waves, Native Instruments, Chandler Limited and we create music

making tools based on some of our intellectual property from the past and current techniques as well.

And I also am a member of the Abbey Road Red Board,

which is our incubation program for music tech startups.

And I'm currently sort of exploring the the strange

world of VR augmented reality 3D sound for those formats and how that works so yeah sort of getting myself from

lots of trouble and generally confusing myself but he's leading the way.
