Hey guys, my name is John Kim. I'm a licensed therapist and life coach putting

self betterment into a shot class because let's face it who's got that much time

these days. I come unpolished, unrehearsed, on purpose.

If you're looking for more of a wine glass, you've come to the wrong place.

So I just tried to do an episode of a podcast and an Instagram live which I would later turn into an I.G. TV and Facebook videos all simultaneously thinking that I'm going to

work smarter, not harder, and I completely failed.

Actually, I shouldn't say I failed because I don't believe in failure.

I learned a lot.

It was fun because I was a little bit of a mad scientist and I learned that that's not the way to do this.

I thought for a second that I was some kind of professional content guy and I'm going to kill three birds and I'm going to have this system where I could do an Instagram live, put the microphone next to me, and then download that Instagram

live into a video, and suddenly I could kill three or four birds with one stone and maximize my time.

And what happened was, the Instagram Live was okay,

but I didn't use that recording for the podcast because one, it ended

at about six minutes and that's too short.

My podcast episodes have to be at least 10 minutes but no longer than I don't know

16 17 minutes right I think six minutes is a waste of your time because it's just not enough time to get my point across or get anything

across because it takes me a lot to warm up first of all.

It takes six minutes for me just to even have a point. But I also think it's a waste

of time if you're listening to an episode and you know it ends in six minutes it's

going to feel you're going to feel very ripped off and I don't know where you're

out right now, but if you're in your car and you feel ripped off and you start getting angry,

suddenly you're going to be swerving and flipping people off and I don't want to contribute to road rage
