Tony brings us his Virgin London marathon schoolboy trials, you rate your run and rave, and there's a super fast, super full podium. Tom, how you doing?

Well, I'm good, although I'm just kind of gradually coming down after that week in London. It was just crazy, wasn't it?

It was a little bit busy, wasn't it? I was

proper talking my head off at the expo all week. I was down on that massive pasta stage in the Virgin area. Do you know what? I saw loads of mouths. a people, isn't it? Yeah, it was great to see a big difference from last year, wasn't it?

We've kind of grown every year and this year I felt like, you know, we had a bit, like so much more

of a presence.

We should of course have a massive thanks to Adidas for giving us all that stage space and for

for sweatshop for sorting out all our kit for sale there which was great.

I mean I've put in my what have I been doing here hanging out at the expo,

spectating at the marathon and then recovering from both of those and that's pretty much being here.

Good grief.

Yeah, it was good though.

I've, you know, although I had a really busy expo,

I was four times a day on that big pasta stage

and then of course we did math and talk live a couple of times every day which I think

we'll come on to in a minute and I also interviewed a few folks on the on the

Lucasade stand I love doing all of it it It was great but it didn't have bust me up a bit.

I tell you what was funnily enough was my probably highlight of the week and this
