where he was like, this is how you make the perfect scrambled egg. Because someone complained

about my scrambled eggs to me. And I took that personally. So they said they were overseesoned. And I was like, the fuck are you talking about? And they were like, well, I prefer like the hotel style eggs. Then when it comes in a carton? No, they don't come in a carton at fancy hotels. Oh, fancy hotels.

The soft scramble, like super fluffy folded over eggs. So when I went on my mission to like look. Well, what do you put in your eggs, baby? So I used to put bullshit in my eggs. I used to season it like chicken. Well, that's the fucking problem. I've passed it. That was years ago. Let me land. I'm finding it.

And I, you know, I take it off the heat and you don't really need all that heat to cook the eggs. So after a while, take it off the pot and then let the heat from the pan cook the rest of the egg.
