Well hello podcast people how you been did you miss walking the floor. I know I missed you. Are you ready to get back into it? All right, let's go.

You know, back in December I decided to take a little break for the holidays and then one thing led

to another and a couple of weeks turned into several months and it started to feel

like we were gone forever.

But the good news is we're back and I have a whole laptop

full of great interviews that are all going to be coming out real soon.

So sorry about the delay but I've been

busy as I'm sure you know working on the top secret new food fighter record

which I'm not at liberty to discuss so I don't want to be the one that accidentally blows any of the little surprises and whatnot but I will say it's coming out great

And along the way while we've been recording I've been interviewing a bunch of really cool people,

and I'm going to start posting all those interviews now. I recently caught up with the legendary Steve Earl in the basement of a recording studio in New York City while he was at the tail end of a run of all request shows at City Winery
