Welcome everyone to court side, where we discuss the post-election litigation brought by Donald Trump.

It's day 15 after the election. It's a fortnight. And three things happened today. First, Trump lost a few more cases.

The count now states stands at one in 28. The only thing he's won is an insignificant case in

Pennsylvania for a tiny number of votes.

In the federal Pennsylvania court challenge, that's the one that Rudy Giuliani yesterday argued, if that's the right verb.

Rudy tried to change his legal complaint.

This is the complaint that he modified on Sunday, where he deleted all the stuff Trump was complaining about, about ballot observers being excluded.

And when reporters on Sunday pointed this out, he said, can't you read? It's in there.

But lo and behold, it's not in there because he deleted them.

Well, today he tried to put those claims back into the complaint, which is basically another do-over

to contest an election, and that litigation is to seek a do-over of the election. And, you know,

basically it's like a double-doodoo. In addition to all of that, we've also had in Wisconsin

something happening. Trump wants a partial recount of two counties. Now, look, I have no problem with

a recount. You know, you just got to make sure that the check to pay for it doesn't bounce.

But a partial recount, only counting Milwaukee, coming on top of Trump's

celebration yesterday for those two Wayne County commissioners who tried to throw out the Detroit vote,

only to be later reversed after our video was recorded. There's something really horrible about

this. There's something very similar, of course, about Milwaukee and

Detroit. I can't quite put my finger on it, but maybe it'll come to me soon. The advocacy by

Team Trump has been so bad. They claim that the Wisconsin officials need a recount because the

officials had miscounted ballots because they allowed them to fix some missing information on those ballots.

But that's the very rule that the bipartisan Wisconsin Elections Commission has unanimously said was okay for the last 11 elections.
