Aggression is one of the last dirty words in our culture.

You can be crass, you can be rude, you can even be profane, but, oh-ho, aggressive,

don't be aggressive, except it's wrong, dead wrong.

I promise you nothing of meaning and transcendence will come into your life passively.

It's time for you to get into the arena to push back against a passive, mediocre existence.

And this is the aggressive life.

You know, there's a lot of things that we think of as aggressive.

Obviously, if you're going to do MMA, that's pretty aggressive. If you're going to

choose a high risk stock, that's pretty aggressive. If you're going to, and I can go on and on and on,

we know those classic aggressive things. I don't pro many of those classic aggressive things.

We've had them on the podcast. But today we're going to delve into something that's categorized as non-aggressive, but it is aggressive.

We're going to dabble into how to enjoy your freaking life. How do you enjoy your life?

Wait, way, way, wait, wait, wait.

Enjoying my life is aggressive?

Yeah, actually it is because the way culture operates,

everyone's trying to take something from somebody.

There is a giant sucking sound that is trying to suck our energy,

trying to suck all the spare time out of our schedule, trying to suck all the spare time out of our schedule,

trying to suck all the joy and laughter that we have.

And very few of us are actually enjoying our life.

You have one life to live.
