118 and today is all about music and mountain biking. We're going to talk about how the two

are tied together for us, why certain songs or musicians

stand out, movie soundtracks, and why Sail by A. Wall Nation is the greatest mountain biking

song of all time. We'll also talk about listening to music while we ride, and I think we might

each make a riding playlist to put in the article

on Pink Bike as well. I think you guys are going to know that it's all going to be Bob Seeger

for me, but I'm sure Casimir and Henry are going to have some interesting music for you guys

to listen to. But I'm going to be completely honest with everybody, including you guys,

Casimir and Henry here. I don't know if you guys realize everybody, including you guys, Kassamer and Henry here.

I don't know if you guys realize this,

but I know jack shit about music

other than the fact that Bob Seeger and Rancid

are the greatest artists of our generation.

Sorry, I always get confused being Bob Seeger and Bob Saget.

I'm sure that you're going to have some good ideas, but I also just want to say that I know

that you start every single ride by listening to Rise Against, and I don't want to hear any Rise Against on today's podcast.
