Hey everybody and welcome to episode 117 of The Pink Show and also the first podcast that we're recording since we got back from Sea Otter down in Monterey, California.

Now, you might have seen a bunch of articles on the homepage over the last week about it, but if you didn't,

Seater is a giant outdoor public trade show festival, nonstop racing event that we were at for the last four days,

covering all sorts of new tech, new bikes we haven't seen yet, a whole bunch of racing.

We had Tom there doing some crazy racing.

Kaz, he did the e-bike race, not on an e-bike.

So we got that video coming out.

He did have flight attendants, so it's halfway there.

Oh, okay.

He did have batteries, but not the kind he was supposed to have. Cass, do you have a highlight

of the show for me? I found this place in Monterey that makes really good crepes. I think that was my

favorite part of the show. The enthusiasm, Kaz, the enthusiasm. What about from the show itself?

I feel like we talked about this a lot, but I mean, I like just seeing people and they're all happy.

Yeah, it doesn't have to be new gear.

Maybe, yeah, it's just seeing everybody for the first time in years.

I talked with Chris Chance, which I always like.

As when I was a kid, I wanted a fat chance.

Like, I wanted a fat chance, yo Eddie, than more than most things.

And so he's still making frames. He's down in Oregon now. But yeah, he's just kind of a legendary frame builder.

So I got the chat with him.

He's always super nice and friendly.

So that's probably one of the highlights.
