And so outdated is interesting because to me I feel like a lot of members of the church say well God's

teachings can never become outdated right? I mean these are eternal truths and I'm never going to be outdated doesn't matter what the world does these things remain unchanged and I say not so fast because outdated to me always represents an opportunity.

For me it's the reason we have a living prophet at the head of our church.

It's the whole reason is because the world is going to keep moving.

I don't know about that title. That sounds like a complicated thing to me, Cynthia.

Except I wish it were more complicated.

It's not that complicated when women are the problem because sometimes we are the problem.

Sometimes we are the problem.

And so we're going to talk about that today in our newsletter that came out earlier this month. I had teased the next few episodes

and I hadn't given any details about what our season finale would be, which is this episode right here today.

And what I had said about though was that it was such a kind of itchy topic

that it had taken us five seasons to be able to be ready to record this

totally good right and we even gave it a bit of a trial run at our fall gathering in Salt Lake City to see how it went over and I'm not

sure I mean we haven't received any hate mail yet so I know I guess it was

okay but then again we were among friends at the retreat because people
