We are very excited to be joined today by Dr Adele Hite. Dr Hite worked with LowCarbUSA to create clinical guidelines for practitioners in a clinical setting, and has been working in the low carb world for many years. We discuss the history of thought regarding what is considered a healthy diet, the importance of bio-individuality as a factor in determining a healthy diet for a given patient, and the history of governmental dietary guidelines in the USA. How can we best educate the public about dietary health? This question is key to improving metabolic health, and we discuss it in depth in this episode.
