Summary

Craig Emmerich is a keto/carnivore expert as well as an electrical engineer with an amazing story. We are excited to have him on the show with us today! Seven years ago he was diagnosed with lime disease. Having heard that the carnivore diet might reduce lime-induced pain, he decided to give it a try. The results were spectacular! In this episode, we discuss the different health benefits enjoyed by those on carnivore and keto diets, and we talk about what specific factors of a full carnivore diet may lead to these differing benefits. Further, we discuss the importance of thinking about disease like an engineer solving a problem. Look at what your machine is outputting and, if the results are not favorable, take a look at the inputs.
