I'm Emily Shram, the ultimate meathead hippie. Welcome to the show.

Sometimes the longer you wait to hit record, the less likely it's going to happen.

0:20.5

How true is that in every aspect of our life?

0:23.1

The longer you wait, the more time you have to think, and the less likely it will become

0:27.9

reality. I'm Emily Schramm. I am the host of this Meathead Hippie podcast. I love doing

0:34.7

this podcast because I feel I can share some sides of me that are hard to share

1:47.8

guilt that is associated with that. I used to feel very guilty about not posting consistently,

1:53.4

but I realized I honestly always want you guys to get the best of me. And I feel my job is to represent a life or a career

2:04.2

or a path that is full of coulds, not shoulds, and how many times have we gotten into something

2:12.7

and it was a I should be doing this? I should, I should, I should, versus I could. And that is an air of

2:19.4

opportunity that is a lens of joy that is a place of experience versus a place of restriction.

2:28.3

I recently posted on Instagram that I was tired, tired, tired. I can read it to you if you haven't seen it, but I had this
