And this is our bookier in review, Part 2.

Yay.

So presumably you all already listened to Part 1, which was our favorite children's and young adult books of the year.

But just in case, for some reason, you didn't.

We'll go back over our rough guidelines for this little

endeavor that we do we do our top five favorites of in each category for the year and this episode

part two by the way will be our favorite books for adults and our favorite graphic novels and comics for any age.

And we'll do our top five favorites and then just one worst book of the year because that is

kind of our brand. And when we say worst, a lot of times that actually just means kind of least

best because we're not counting anything

that we specifically read for the podcast.

We're only counting stuff that we read because we hoped it would be good.

And given all the stuff we do have trade for this podcast, we don't try to seek out other stuff

that's bad.

Yeah.

So a lot of times it's like, oh, this book didn't

live up to my expectations, or, oh, I liked this book, but of the 20 books I read this year,

I liked it a little less than the other 19. Yeah. Another thing that says this list apart a little

bit from some of the other year-end wrap-up type lists that you see on every street corner this time of year.
