Given we actually were going to do a sort of a festive episode today.

Yeah, we recorded a St. Patrick's Day themed episode, which we'll have to wait until after St. Patrick's Day now.

There were lucky charms.

There were pots of gold.

You'll still get to hear it eventually.

Yeah, but we decided to preempt this, the luck episode with an episode about kind of what's going on in the world right now.

But we know that people are managing the coronavirus right now.

Fun zany topic, no slide whistles. So in Wolt Place, W-O-L-T-Place,

our support group, we do occasional Facebook lives where I answer questions from members of the group

and offer some tips and advice. And so I did one this morning. It's Sunday, March 15th, and we talked about the

coronavirus. Yeah, so those of you who have been clamoring for episodes that don't include me,

you're getting your wish this week. No, it's for the ladies. But I did a Facebook live,

and we covered topics like how to maintain your schedule while

working from home, how to incorporate movement, not beating yourself up when you're not doing

the things you feel like you should be doing, dealing with anxiety and cabin fever that all

of this new stuff is presenting to us.
