from a remote home in the woods discussing the 2016 slasher, Hush. This film was directed by

Mike Flanagan and written by Flanagan and his wife, star of the film Kate Siegel. Hush's

inception began between Siegel and Flanagan on a dinner date.

After combining a shared appreciation for sound design and horror films with Flanagan's challenging goal of making a film with little to no dialogue,

they began to painstakingly stage the film in their own home.

Under Mike Flanagan's skilled direction, Hush adds a daunting twist to the already terrifying home invasion subgenre.

Mortem. So what did you guys think about Hush the first time you saw it? I loved to. Stop that.

Man, look, I want to apologize already because I'll say it, I did not like this movie

at all. Just period. It was not, it was, it's short, but it's very drawn out for no reason.

And I feel like for me, this movie was just everyone making bad decisions

after each other. And I was like, I don't know why you are doing that. I think one person made a lot

of bad decisions. Not everyone. I don't I just, it didn't work for me. Like none of this. I know I

watched it before with your sister and I didn't really care too much for it.

So I was kind of like your sister was like, you know, going with the fresh eyes.

It's been a while.

And it did.
