Hello and welcome back to the low-carb MD podcast this is an important one.

Trot welcome man good to see again I'm Brian Lensgus and I'm here with my faithful

partner here at Trot, Collision.

Today is a very special day for me.

There's been very, a couple of key people have had a huge impact on my life and the person we're interviewing today

is somebody who's been a huge mentor for me for many years.

Somebody who's supported me, you know,

at 350 pounds as a medical student trying to figure out my way and all the way

through to becoming an attending and helping me get involved in the community, in the medical

community, medical students even to this day.

Somebody I'm very happy to have here on the podcast and talking about very important things nonetheless,

particularly about fatherhood and bonding.

So I'm very happy to have Dr. Jerry Camarada here today.

Just a couple of things about him that you all should know.

He's the chief operating officer at Toro, the medical school,

and he served as deans both at the Middletown campus

and the Harlem campus, helped to educate thousands of medical students bringing

doctors to underserved communities here in the the northeast area he's had a number of other roles in the New York City government and just

somebody I'm proud and honored to know and somebody who's really supported me. So thank you.
