What's up, guys? So day on the podcast, we have my buddy, Brandon McAfrin. Brandon is down. He's a Black Belt. He's a 10th Planet Black Belt down in Decatur, Alabama. And that's not, I know it's not a good Alabama impression. So don't get angry at me if you're from Alabama. And you feel offended by that. But anyway, Brandon's on the show. And he's talking about with us. He's going to be talking about, we talk about a lot of stuff because Brandon and I are buddies and we'll go off the rails and easy and easy to talk to. But primarily we're talking to him about his professional

grappling federation, the PGF. So one of my students has been competing in it. It's a really

neat idea of this ongoing competition, almost like a basketball, like playoff type thing.

It's a really interesting concept that he'll talk about in the podcast. But I think it's really

interesting. It's something where hopefully it continues to go and I can help jump into it and support

it as well because I think it would be great to offer more competition to people. So again,

he'll talk more about that during the podcast.

I found it really interesting statistic the other day that said,

and again, this is one of the reasons why I like Charlotte's Web,

is that 70% of like CBD products, and I didn't really realize this, but apparently the American Medical Association says that 70% of CBD products based on the ones that they sample don't contain the CBD stated on their label. Sometimes I would take it and I would literally feel high.

And then other times I would take it like a different brand and I felt nothing at all.

And so one of the things with Charlotte's Web is that the third party tested, which I think is an

important thing with an unregulated product, which means that everything that it says it's in
