Hello and we are in the middle of our doing marriage on Hard Mode series.

Yes we are. Or rather we started it last week on the podcast.

We've been talking about it ourselves for quite a while so it feels

to us like we're in the middle of it. But we planned this series a long time ago we wanted to do it in

September because that's when things start up again and it's a great time to re-evaluate your priorities and your time and what you're doing with your life, etc.

We started last week by asking if talking about marriage as being hard actually makes marriage hard.

Mm-hmm.

It can be a little bit of a self-fulfilling prophecy

or causing a misread flags.

Right, and today we want to talk about another way of looking at marriage that might give us a happier picture.

Yeah, if marriage isn't hard, what does it look like?

Yeah, but before we do that, okay, couple of important announcements.
