Summary

Led by Jack Cuneo on the new Kindness Yoga Channel on YogaDownload!

http://www.yogadownload.com/the-kindness-yoga-channel.aspx

More isn’t always better, and less isn’t always more. Sometimes less is just fine the way it is. Sometimes less is enough. In this FREE class, you’ll create length, space, and awareness in your muscles and joints through a slow, balanced, methodical flow emphasizing standing poses, twists, and side-bending postures. It’s a great opportunity to come back to your center after taking something else to the extreme - whether that something is running, lifting, or even sitting for several hours. Receive detailed alignment instructions and practice exploring your body with grace and ease.

1:06.0

think that more is better. And the idea of practicing for 20 minutes might seem like it's not even worth it.

1:12.6

I'd like this class to be an opportunity for you,

1:15.6

whether you've just been sitting in a chair for a long period of time,

1:18.6

whether you've just completed an intense workout,

1:21.6

to start to feel the benefits of doing just a little bit.

1:24.6

So, in order to start off, come to tabletop position, please, hands and knees.

1:34.6

And as you begin, just take a little bit of free movement here. So that might mean taking a few

1:40.4

cow cats where you arch and round your spine. It might mean making little hip circles,

1:46.0

and it might mean stretching your arms and legs

1:48.0

in any direction that feels good and natural to you.

1:50.0

Again, this class is excellent

1:52.0

when you've just been doing too much of something.
