If you haven't listened to season one yet, please go back and listen to that first as the story will make a lot more sense and be a lot more rewarding if you do.

Last season, you heard a lot about Amy Betcher, Ivan's girlfriend at the time of the murders, who became the state's star witness against Ivan.

You also heard from Tawny, Ivan's often-owned girlfriend in the 90s, and you heard quite a bit from Ivan's mom, Sylvia.

She was wrapped up in the majority of the narrative in the days during the murders, after the murders, and leading up to trial.

But there is another woman you haven't heard from, who is also at the heart of this case and story.

And that is Ivan's wife, Tammy, Tammy Cantu.

Tammy first met Ivan in 2005. She was in her 40s and furthering her education, so she was going to college and studying criminal justice.

At that point, Ivan had spent four years on death row, and this is how their relationship started.
