0:55.0	We were lucky enough to meet with Emily at her Bijou East London studio on a crisp autumn day back in early October,

1:06.5	As we record this her brand new six track EP Kingdom Coming was released just a few weeks ago.

1:19.9	born Adele Sanday in Sunderland in 1987, Emily is her middle name.
1:24.8	Her family moved to Scotland when she was four and she grew up in the small town of
1:28.0	Alford just outside Aberdeen.
1:30.0	Her home was a musical environment.
1:31.8	Her dad was a school choir master and encouraged her to sing.
1:34.9	She also took piano lessons and was already writing songs before she reached their teens.
