My name is Scott Miller and I am privileged each week to serve as your host and interviewer.

Sometimes they are business CEOs, Titan celebrities that have a particularly valuable point of view where I perhaps read their work or know them personally and bring them on set and today

we have kind of a combination of both we have a two-part interview of two very influential black men who are leaders in America to speak about the conversation

that all of us are talking about right now, which is of course the social unrest and Black Lives Matter and how we can all be part of the

solution.

And just a moment I will introduce those two gentlemen and we'll talk to each of them for

about a half an hour.

We think the book can be a great read for every leader,

anybody who is in a position to be part of the conversation
