again. Yahoo Sports, the NFL is intertwined in the John Gruden racism controversy

and it can't just walk away.

John Gruden is the perfect example of how mediocre white men get to thrive in the workplace.

Sports Illustrated, the Jaguars and Raiders hired coaches they saw as saviors.

Now they're stuck. I'm sure you've heard the story by now in the Wall Street Journal,

a email from 2011 that was revealed in this story in which John Gruden was quoted as saying

this, Dumouress Smith has lips the size of Michelin Tires, talking about the Morris Smith, the executive director of the

NFL Players Association. At the time, John Gruden was with ESPN-F-N-F-L during that time, not that it matters.

John Gruden apologized, said he was really sorry.

He said that he had been angry at the time because of the lockout and did not trust the direction of the players led by Demore Smith.

He said in the past he has referred to people, he believes to be lying as rubber lips.
