Hello everyone and welcome to the Stephen King cast, One Man's Musings on the Works of Stephen King.

Each week I will review one entry in the bibliography of Stephen King and the chronological order of publication.

And that brings us to 1990s re-release, the expanded edition of Stephen King's magnum opus, The Stand.

Last week or the previous episode, depending on how you're listening

to this, I saw me review the first part of the stand. And before I started my running commentary

on that first part of the stand. I, you know, I placed the stand into context

of Stephen King's other works and just discussed the profound impact that the stand had

on pop culture and its lasting effects. I finished by providing a running commentary for the first book of the stand, Captain Trips.

Now, this week, I'll examine Book 2 on the border.

But first, I'd like to share some listener emails.
