| 0:44.5 | reflect anything like that. And I really didn't believe the gospel. I just knew a lot about it. And so |
| 0:49.6 | after graduating high school, I went to corporate America, and I just had a friend who was a follower |
| 0:54.7 | of Christ who actually went to Watermark who just loved me really well. A coworker. A coworker, yes. |
| 1:00.0 | And just being friends with this coworker, God just revealed to me, hey, you're a sinner. Come to me. |
| 1:06.4 | And so I started going to Watermark and I learned so much about God and what his word said. |
| 1:13.4 | And through that, I was like, oh, yeah, I'm for sure following Christ. |
| 1:16.9 | Like I'm trying to do all these things, going to church on Sunday, going to Bible study, doing all these things. |
| 1:22.1 | However, when I wasn't at church, nothing in my life reflected Christ. |
| 1:25.7 | And I was trying to follow him in my own strength. |
| 1:28.4 | In the summer of 2019, I actually went to a Christian summer camp to be a camp counselor. |
| 1:33.6 | The camp was called T.R.M. And Emma was actually my camp director. |

| 1:40.2 | Which is totally God's sovereignty that that's when our lives intersected because that was the summer before I started the Institute. |
