But yeah, you guys typically just all over the board with running.

I mean, just everything running.

Yeah.

Anything.

I mean, gamut. we originated as oCR athletes

like spartan tough mutter type not even tough mutter so much but uh then broadened into trails ultras

we both coach ultra athletes um as well and then uh road as well so we i would say OCR and trail

mostly um ultra has been a heavy emphasis lately.

And then we cover the gamut. We try to treat the roadrunners somewhat well when we can, but

our hearts are sort of with OCR and trail. Yeah. And we put out two a week. Tuesday's our training

episode. We just choose a topic, threshold, long run, whatever. And we just explore that short form, technical.

And then our weekend long run episode is bring on someone with some affiliation of the running industry, get their backstory, what they're doing, what they can impart to the audience.

Super cool.

Probably our audience is less athletic being the running world.

So we probably need to give a little background on on who you are and why your transition to ultra is a little atypical.
