Episode 103 is probably the most important episode we have ever recorded. History was made on August 8th 2018 when the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences introduced three major new changes which rocked the industry. After years of making suggestions on what changes we would like to see The Academy introduce, none of the changes they actually announced pleased us one bit.
