Boop-do-do-do-do-boop-boop-do-do-do-do. Hey everybody, welcome to another episode of the

Krebs cast, I'm your host Charlie Barons. And today, my guest is Vince Herman from leftover

salmon. Now, if you're not a bullgrass fan, you're probably like Charlie. What? But if you are a

bullgrass fan, you know that Vince is a legend in the bullgrass world. And he's an amazing musician,

very talented songwriter. And I was lucky enough to actually hop on stage with him the night before

this interview. We were actually going to do the interview in the green room after the fact they

were playing the back room at Collectiveo, which is part of the PAPS group at Milwaukee. But

somebody had too much fun at the show. Who was it? Was Vince or Charlie? Maybe it was both of us.

No, it really was both of us. But anyway, next morning, popped over to Vince's hotel room. We

rearranged it. So, you know, the video portion, if you ever watch those on YouTube, you'll see it.

It's kind of funny. It's, uh, it's this oversized couch in front of his bed. It looks really weird,

kind of awkward, but somehow very fitting for this interview. Now, I had a really good time talking

with Vince because I've always admired him as a songwriter and Adam, uh, Adam Grohl, horses,

and hand grenades. Many of you know he and I have an album out together called on Todd. He was

performing with Vince at Collectiveo. I should have explained that, but they're in another band

called the High Hawks. And, uh, you know, Adam's a huge fan of Vince and Adam's a great musician

himself. So, anyone Adam's a fan of, you know, certainly someone to pay attention to, but I've

been listening to Vince for years and years. Always admired him as a songwriter, as a musician,

so to just be able to sit in a, you know, weird hotel room in Milwaukee and shoot the breeze with

them for a while, dig into his creative style. It's a real honor and I feel lucky to be able to do
