Hey, thanks for having you. Father, it's great to be here. So we have Commander Haney in, so I'm going to let him tell us a little bit about himself. This is just a really, really inspiring

man. And we've brought him in because Nick and Mary, myself, Deacon Steve, Chris, we started in Acts

29 a couple of months ago now, what we called the Axe 29 Apostolic Academy for priests.

So we've started it primarily here in the Archdiocese Detroit,

but we've got a smattering of guys in the diocese of Lansing and a few other diocese that

are joining us as well. And it's really intended to pour into our brothers just to try to

gather them together, pray with them. We have some fellowship and food.

And then to do some formation, some teaching, some sharing about leading in this time that we're living in right now,

this transition from Christendom to Apostolic.

We've talked in the past on other episodes about that really extraordinary book called From Christendom to Apostolic Mission.

And so we brought Commander Haney in because the last time we got together in the academy,

we kind of gave an overview to the brothers of this transition that we're living in.

And today, this evening, as we're recording this, he's going to be addressing the men

because one of the

insights that the author makes in the book is that the greatest temptation in an apostolic age is

cowardice. And therefore, one of the most urgent needs in this day that we're living in is courage.
