of Election Week. And the saga continues, right, guys? The Neverending Story Part 2. Yeah, it's been

an interesting run. We've had a lot of ups and downs, at least I have personally, so here we are, right?

I'm not even going to ask you guys how you are, because we've been talking about that for the

last two and a half days, and in fact, that's going to be part of the topic of the podcast, right?

Because I think how we've been feeling is how lots of people have been feeling in this time of limbo, right?

Or so it seems.

So, Nick, what's our topic?

Today's title of this episode is, Are We Perishing?

Oh, sounds doomful. It is going to sound their way, but the great thing is it's about scripture today. So this should be good food for all of us, right? But Father John, will you

open us with a prayer? Yeah, in the name of the Father,

the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen. Father, your servant, Paul, reminds us that all Scripture

is inspired and profitable for teaching and reproof and reproof and correction and training and

righteousness so that we might be equipped for every good work. And so we just ask in a special way

right now that you would anoint our conversation, that it would be edifying for us and for all

those who are listening in with us as we reflect on your word and what it is that you wish to say to us

in these times that we find ourselves living in, and that you'd fill us with hope,

and that you would equip us for the mission that you've entrusted to us as disciples of your

son, Jesus.

We ask all this in his most powerful name. Amen.
