Music decisions. Now let's get on to the show. Welcome to our very first episode. The topic is healing stories. When I decided to start a podcast dedicated to reversing autoimmune disease, I wondered how I should begin. And personal

stories of what that looks like, I think makes the most sense because it's hard sometimes to grasp a theory.

So to start off, I thought I would share mine, and my diagnosis is rheumatoid arthritis.

And when I was at my worst, it's hard to talk about because that memory is very strong for

me. Anyway, it was a little over two years ago, and I pretty much lived with excruciating pain every single day.

I woke up feeling like I was 90 years old, every single joint in my body hurt to move.
