it's a, it's not an article. I saw it an image with 10 things we can do to handle criticism better.

This comes from open mind wisdom. I saw this on Twitter and I want to

share it with you. I thought it was pretty interesting. Number one, how to handle criticism. Number one,

stay open minded. Approach criticism with the willingness to learn and grow. Number two, detach emotionally.

View criticism objectively. Separating it from your self-worth. I think what goes along with that is, is listen to the what, listen to what they're

saying, not how they're saying it. Number three, consider the source. Evaluate the credibility

and intentions of the critic. That's important to remember,

because not everyone has the best intentions for you. And a quote I heard that I love is don't

take criticism from someone you wouldn't take advice from. Not always the case in all places,

but I think it's a nice little axiom and printable.

Number four, pause and reflect.

Take time to process the feedback before responding.

Number five, stay calm.

Keep emotions in check to respond thoughtfully rather than reactively.

Number six is that empathize.

Put yourself in the critic's shoes to understand their perspective.

Seven is a look for patterns.

Identify the recurring feedback to pinpoint areas of growth.

Eight, practice self-compassion.

Treat yourself kindly even when you face criticism.

Nine, learn from mistakes.
