this episode is for those of you who feel like you are in a hole. Feels like you are stuck and

can't seem to figure out your situation. Today is a simple reminder that sometimes the more you want something, the more you push it away.

The more you chase it, the more it evades you.

The more you try to figure it out, the more complicated you make it.

Situations like this require more trusting and allowing and less forcing and fixing. My question for you today is what is

that thing that you are trying to force? What are you trying to chase, but you just must allow it to come

to you? What are you trying to fix instead of just trusting the process and knowing that it's eventually going to work out.

There's something called action bias where you the best action is no action.

The best action is to trust what you're doing. Don't make any, and know that it's going to work out.

Sometimes it's hard to know what that is, but there may be some of you listening to this,

where this suggestion is perfect for your situation.

So going back to the initial question, if you want to get yourself out of a hole, you must first put down the shovel.
