Hey, good morning guys. Welcome to the Increase Your Impact Podcast. I'm Justin Sua. What episode are we? Episode 1,918. Sorry, I'm, I have someone who's watching me do my podcast. She's a defending gingerbread house champion. For those of you who follow me on Instagram, we have this family competition every single year. And my wife, Melissa,

0:23.6

went three years in a road coming into this. And us, me and the three kids conspired against

0:28.8

her to beat her this year. And she won again. So she's, she's feeling good. But today,

0:37.0

what we're going to talk about is Anthony Bourdain.

0:40.6

1:35.5

I mean, look at yourself. How much have you changed over the years because of things that you've

1:40.2

experienced, things that you've achieved, things that you've overcome, and I really love

1:44.4

that part. But the question is what really gets me. What new things that I discover about myself

1:50.3

and what beliefs were confirmed or invalidated? I think it's very important to have strong

1:56.1

beliefs loosely held, being willing to change our minds if we are presented evidence that show that

2:03.0

belief is no longer valid. It no longer works. It no longer, it's no longer correct. And so my

2:10.4

question to you is just what Anthony Bourdain asked. What are new things that you have recently
