This episode is for those of you who have recently taken a punch

in the face, as Mike Tyson says, we have mentioned this quote many times.

Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face.

And oftentimes we talk about the importance of learning from failure,

the importance of bouncing back.

But we don't, what we don't discuss a lot of times is how painful it is,

how embarrassing it could be, how devastating it is,

especially when you've worked so hard.

So this episode is a simple little reminder for those of you who are in that

points at that point where you've taken an L recently,

you have taken a hardship recently.

And the reminder is this, set yourself apart by increasing the speed

at which you learn from and bounce back from a setback.

I'll say it again, set yourself apart by increasing the speed at which you

We all experience setbacks.

However, one very important skill that you must learn on your path to

improvement is the ability to learn from those setbacks and the bounce back

as quickly as you possibly can.

It's the people who lay on the canvas, feel sorry for themselves.
