What can we do to remove the struggle?

What can we do to remove the pain?

What can we do to remove the heartache that we experience in our lives as human beings?

But instead of trying to remove the obstacle, the problem, the challenge, seek to improve

your ability to handle it.

Take your, seek to build your ability to increase your tolerance for pain, for discomfort,

for uncertainty, for chaos.

And as you improve your ability to handle these things, you're going to become stronger.

You're going to become a better decision maker.

And it's the people who are extremely successful.

Those are the ones who are ability to tolerate the heat of the fire.

Humans have to lean into the fire, they perform in the fire, they train in the fire, they

live in the fire.
