performance at this level is consistency and people wonder how these athletes

how these performers are so consistent and the reason is because they have

designed a system to be consistent they have created routines to be able to put

their mind their bodies and their craft in the best position to be consistent

day in and day out. Now you want to ask yourself what does the best version of

myself look like? Ask yourself that. What does the best version of myself look

like? Grab a journal and write that down. What does it look like? And then you

want to build a daily system that puts you in the best position to be that

version of yourself more often. Now it's going to take trial and error. It's

going to take some tinkering to your system. It's going to take some some hard

lessons. You're going to have to learn how to adapt and adjust and it's going to
