This episode is for those of you who are facing

the inertia of getting started.

Now for those of you who aren't familiar with the word inertia,

basically all the friction that is present,

that is in your way, all the obstacles in your way

from starting is keeping you from starting.

Even though you know the benefits that come if you get started,

even though you know the results that you're going to get,

you know it's good for you, but it's just so hard to get started.

Now in order to generate momentum for yourself,

one thing I'd suggest is to start small.

Just move, start small.

One rep, one day, one page of writing,

just one little rep and then do it again,

and then do it again until you have momentum.

Something that grows exponentially,

something that just grows tremendously,

can become so valuable and it is so valuable

that it's worth making an incredible effort just to get started.
