decisions every single day and there are certain things that we do and certain

some traps, some things that make us susceptible to making bad decisions. The

first one is called Halt P, H-A-L-T, P, H stands for Hungry, H stands for

Angry, L stands for Lonely, T stands for Tired and P is when we're in pain.

Any kind of pain, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual pain. When you're

experiencing those kind of things, any one of those states, we are susceptible

to letting our guard down. We're a little bit more impulsive, a little less

patience and more prone to making bad decisions. Number two is focusing on the

uncontrollables. When we focus on things we can't control, we're more susceptible

to making bad decisions. Namely, the past, the future and other people. The more

to read our minds, when we expect other people to read ours, or when we think

we know what other people are thinking, and we expect other people to know what

we're thinking. Number four is rushing. When we're rushing, when we're in a hurry

to go somewhere, hurry to do something, hurry to get to a certain destination, hurry

to complete a project. We're prone to making bad decisions. Number five, information

overload. If you have not created organization in your mind, if yours too much
