Today's episode is a simple reminder of the importance of being an elite teammate.

For those of you who are listening to this, you're either an athlete, a student, a coworker,

a leader, a family member.

It doesn't matter what you do, you're part of a collective unit, a team of some kind,

whether it be your sports team, whether it be your work team, the department, or even the

most important team of your family in the world is your family.

And my question to you is, what are you doing to be an elite teammate?

It's particularly difficult to be a good teammate when things aren't working well for you.

It's easy to be a great teammate when you're performing well, when things are going good,

when you are happy.

When things aren't going well for you, what kind of teammate are you?

Attitude is contagious.

And the question to consider is, is your attitude worth catching?

Are you able to lift others up?

Are you speaking highly of others behind their backs?

It's easy to talk about bad about some of them behind their backs.

But are you speaking highly of others behind their backs?

Are you encouraging others?

Are you doing those tiny little things in order to make the entire team better?

Easier set than done in some instances, but today is a simple reminder to look for ways
