Good morning and welcome to the increase your impact podcast. I'm Justin Sue

0:03.7

episode 1,788. I was thinking the other day about some of the best lessons I've

0:14.1

learned in my life and a lot of times it come from pausing to reflect on the

0:21.5

good and the bad learning from other people reflecting on time periods

0:26.7

reflecting on experiences and singular moments and then broad moments, years and

1:44.2

the lessons could be incredibly, incredibly beneficial. And so my question to

1:51.3

you to consider is what was there a time in your life where you can look back and

1:58.2

pull out lessons from that moment, that time, that experience that you still
