| 0:00.0 | Good morning, guys. Welcome to the increase your impact podcast. I'm just in |
| 0:03.6 | episode 1,787. Today we're talking about your strengths, the things that you |
| 0:10.8 | are really good at, the your character traits that help you be the best |
| 0:16.2 | parent you can be, the best athlete you can be, the best teammate, student, |
| 0:20.2 | teacher, whatever you, whatever labels that you have for yourself. And one thing |

| 1:26.6 | kindness. Their kindness ended up turning into a weakness for some people. Another |
| 1:31.6 | person said that their, their, their confidence was wavering and probably |
| 1:36.3 | because according to them is because their humble humility is a huge value to |
| 1:40.4 | that person. And when you're really, really humble, a lot of times you put |
| 1:44.8 | yourself down and you start to doubt your own ability because you are incredibly |
