Good morning and welcome to the increase your impact podcast. I'm just in

0:03.5

episode 1,783. Winifred Gallagher is the author of the book,

0:10.8

Rapped Attention and the Focused Life. In the book, she makes a couple

0:17.2

of a couple of really cool claims. The first one is, she says, quote,

1:40.7

protect those three things. Your time, your attention, and your energy.

1:47.4

And one of the key pillars to that is paying attention to what you're

1:52.4

focused on. Where is your attention right now? And one exercise that

1:59.0

help you center yourself on the here and now is to do something called
